TROY

"Troy" is a 54-minute dance piece performed on stage with live music. The music, seemingly tailored for the dance, accompanies five dancers from five different countries. The performance is a reinterpretation of the ancient Homeric myth of the Trojan War, set to the exceptional live piano music of Nataliya Tkachenko. The piece is deeply influenced and affected by the theme of war, prompting reflection on the impact of conflict and advocating against it.
