Hi, I'm Chiara!
I love movement because of the vitality and energy it brings, but also because it allows us to process emotions, release tension, and develop a positive attitude towards ourselves and life.
I have always been a dynamic person. As a child I could never sit still and I am never satisfied with my day if I haven't had my ration of movement, whether it's running, cycling, yoga or dancing or whatever... as long as it's motion!
I only realized how important it was for me when I started to move less and less during my studies. It wasn't just the balance that I was missing, but my method of connecting with myself, understanding how I was feeling, and processing what I had experienced.
Dance has been with me all my life. Ever since I stood on stage for the first time at the age of 6 and couldn't move for the whole show, overwhelmed by the feeling of standing up there with so many eyes on me, through rhythmic and artistic gymnastics, jazz, ballet, modern to the decision to turn my passion into my profession and to immerse myself deeper and deeper in this world.

My journey in yoga began seemingly by chance in 2017 when my dance class was canceled, and I spontaneously decided to attend a yoga class. At that moment, I immediately fell in love with the yoga practice and immersed myself in this other world full of curiosity.
Driven by a deep need for movement on a physical and mental level, I had often struggled to find serenity before. Yoga became a sanctuary for me, where I was able to be dynamic and active but also calm at the same time.
ABOUT MY EDUCATION
I was born and raised in Italy, and my dance journey began at the Dancing Times - Dance & Fitness Academy.
In 2022, I completed my training in contemporary dance at Kari Tanzhaus in Kempten, Germany. I also undertook a Modern Creative Dance Pedagogy program at Musikzentrum in Munich, enriched my skills through the Contemporary Advanced Training Programme EDA ACT in Florence, Italy, and engaged in transformative experiences as an exchange student at ARTCAD, Centre de Formation en Danse Professionnelle in France, and the Escuela de Danza UNA Universidad Nacional in Costa Rica.
My dance repertoire includes performances in various productions by acclaimed international artists such as Gaetan Boschini, Ralf Jaroschinski, Ruth Golic, and others. My collaborative efforts extended globally through exchange scholarships with Compañía de Cámara Danza UNA (CCDUNA) and Compañía Nacional de Danza Costa Rica (CND). In October 2023, I debuted my inaugural production, TROY, at Kempten Stadttheater as a cowork project with Ashley Leha VU.
My academic background in Biology, along with my interest and engagement in nutrition science, comes together in my practice and guides me toward a holistic approach to well-being.
